Rich Cowler — Tribute Site
live · maintainedA birthday tribute site for an ultramarathon runner: Strava-driven stats, segment leaderboards, a race trophy timeline and a photo gallery.
The idea. A gift for a trail and ultramarathon athlete that turns years of racing into something you can scroll through and share.
What I built. A single-page Next.js site featuring a Strava-powered stats scorecard, top-10 segment leaderboards, a trophy timeline of race challenges, featured race cards and a photo gallery marquee, all served from local static images so it loads fast.
The result. A polished, lightweight celebration page that opens instantly on a phone and is easy to share with friends and family.
